Krohn Clinic, our Rural Health Clinic, has served the community for over 80 years, offering comprehensive primary care with seamless coordination across family medicine, general surgery, same day/acute care, behavioral health, and more. Black River Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed hospital fully licensed and accredited as a Critical Access Hospital with the highest patient satisfaction scores in the region. Black River Health was formed in 2025 after Krohn Clinic and Black River Memorial Hospital joined together with a shared goal to better serve our community through stronger, more patient-centric care.
